This course is typically an integral part of the Hybrid and other Project Management Excursions offered by CMA.   The segments used in designing this course reflect the overall monitoring and management of a project and the creation and use of a project journal.

This course is for anyone who has or desires the responsibility of overseeing the administrative and/or support aspects of projects in your organization or with your clients.

Intended Outcome: Participants will gain a practical understanding how to effectively perform project oversight. Additionally, the relationship aspects with stakeholders, project owners and external clients using a real time case study simulation.
