This course is 12 days or 96 - 100 hours equivalency , and is designed in accordance to the published industry Body of Knowledge for Lean Six Sigma.
The course materials provide an in-depth look at the leading the DMAIC problem-solving methodology, as well as mobilization and project deployment approaches. The course flow follows the DMAIC methodology, with the appropriate tools and concepts taught at each stage of project deployment, coaching and oversight..
