Upon the completion of the Green Belt and proof of experience in running projects, this course is 12 days or 96 - 100 hours in length, for eligible candidates. This journey takes up to a year to complete the course, take the exam and project. The course materials provide an in-depth look at the leading the DMAIC problem-solving methodology, as well as mobilization and project deployment approaches. What Will I Learn?
The essentials of mobilizing and leading of a successful Six Sigma program. Contribute to the definition of project selection criteria and develop project proposals and teams to meet those criteria. Learn how to lead a Six Sigma project team, using the DMAIC problem solving, project management methodology and team oversight skills. Apply and interpret advanced level Six Sigma tools, as necessary, for project definition, process baseline analysis, process improvement, and process control and monitoring
Is there a Candidate Criteria?
-Active Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
-Portfolio submission of a minimum of 5-7 green belt level completed projects or 2-4 years experience of Project Mentoring (at least 5) -Certification exam completion
-Complete a belt level project using black belt tools introduced in the course
Candidates will have up to 6 months to complete the course and take the Certification Exam. You will also have an additional 3 months to finalize your Black Belt Project.
