Eligible Candidates must present a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR THE LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT COURSE   prior to taking the exam.

The fee includes the cost of the Portfolio review of $700.00 and $599.00 for the online certification exam.
