The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Series is not a Certification Course. Users are encouraged to have a working knowledge of the Black Belt Level tools and methodology by either having completed the Black Belt Certification Course or a Certified Green Belt Practitioner.
The Case Study will also be a guide in this journey to introduce the sequencing of the tool dashboard.
This journey can take up to a year to complete the course,
What Will I Learn?
*The essentials of mobilizing and leading of a successful Six Sigma program.
*Contribute to the definition of project selection criteria and develop project proposals and teams to meet those criteria.
*Learn how to lead a Six Sigma project team, using the DMAIC problem solving, project management methodology and team oversight skills.
*Apply and interpret advanced level Six Sigma tools, as necessary, for project definition, process baseline analysis, process improvement, and process control and monitoring.
